Chris started Sauk Valley Realty in 1999, and joined the United Country family in 2006. She is a life-long resident of the Sauk Valley area, graduating from Rock Falls High School and Eureka College. She is a past president of Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce and the Eureka College Alumni Association. In honor of her community service, Chris has been given the "Shoulder of the Year" award by the Chamber and the Eureka College Alumni of the Year award. She had served many years on the former Sauk Valley Association of Realtors' Board of Directors. Chris serves on the City of Rock Falls Building Code Committee, and is on the Board of  Whiteside County Airport.  She and her husband Jay belong to the First Christian Church of Sterling, where Chris is an Elder and Chairman of the Worship Committee.
